Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to Moshi town, located at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Depending on your arrival time, relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before your mountain adventure begins.

In the evening, meet your mountain guide for a detailed trek briefing, equipment inspection, and final preparation for the climb. Missing trekking gear can be rented locally if necessary.

After breakfast, drive to the western entrance of Mount Kilimanjaro for registration before continuing to the trailhead.

Your trek begins through the lush rainforest zone where giant trees, hanging mosses, and rich vegetation create a beautiful natural environment. This section of the mountain is home to colobus monkeys and colorful birdlife. The trail is relatively gentle, allowing a comfortable start and gradual acclimatization.

Arrive at camp in the afternoon where your mountain crew will prepare dinner and camping facilities.

Today’s trek leaves the rainforest behind and enters the heath and moorland zone. The scenery changes dramatically as open landscapes, volcanic formations, and giant heathers begin to dominate the trail.

As you gain altitude, spectacular views of the Shira Plateau and Mount Meru appear in the distance. The steady climb helps your body continue acclimatizing naturally while enjoying some of Kilimanjaro’s most scenic landscapes.

Today’s shorter trek is designed to support acclimatization while crossing the vast Shira Plateau, one of the highest plateaus in the world.

The trail offers magnificent views of Kibo Peak and surrounding volcanic landscapes. Walking at a slow and comfortable pace allows your body to adjust to the increasing altitude while conserving energy for the days ahead.

Arrive at camp early enough for relaxation and optional acclimatization walks nearby.

This is one of the key acclimatization days on the mountain following the “climb high, sleep low” principle.

After breakfast, continue ascending toward Lava Tower through dramatic alpine desert scenery. The trail reaches its highest point of the day near Lava Tower before descending into the scenic Barranco Valley.

The descent is extremely important for acclimatization and helps prepare your body for summit night later in the trek. The landscape around Barranco Camp is stunning, filled with giant senecio plants and surrounded by towering cliffs.

After breakfast, begin the exciting climb up the famous Barranco Wall. Although steep in some sections, the climb is non-technical and offers spectacular views across valleys, glaciers, and surrounding peaks.

After reaching the top, continue trekking across ridges and valleys toward Karanga Camp. Today’s shorter distance helps with further acclimatization and allows additional time for rest and hydration before the final ascent stages.

Today’s hike leads to the final base camp before the summit attempt. The trail gradually ascends through rocky and barren alpine desert landscapes with dramatic views of Mawenzi Peak and the glaciers above.

Arrive at camp early in the afternoon to allow time for rest and preparation before summit night. Your guide will provide a detailed briefing about the ascent while you organize warm clothing, headlamps, water, and snacks.

After an early dinner, rest as much as possible before the midnight departure.

Shortly after midnight, begin the challenging summit ascent under a sky filled with stars. The climb is slow and steady as you navigate steep volcanic scree toward Stella Point on the crater rim.

Arrive at Stella Point around sunrise before continuing to Uhuru Peak (5,895m), the highest point in Africa. Reaching the summit is an unforgettable achievement rewarded with breathtaking views over glaciers, clouds, and the African plains below.

After celebrating and taking photographs, descend carefully back to base camp for a short rest before continuing down through changing vegetation zones to Mweka Camp.

After breakfast, complete the final descent through the lush rainforest to Mweka Gate where your successful Kilimanjaro climb officially concludes.

At the gate, receive your summit certificates and celebrate your achievement together with the mountain crew. This is also the traditional time for tipping and farewell celebrations with guides, cooks, and porters who supported your climb throughout the journey.

After lunch and celebrations, transfer by road to Arusha for a well-deserved rest before beginning your safari adventure.

After breakfast, begin your safari adventure with a drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and enormous elephant herds.

Enjoy a full-day game drive through diverse landscapes of savannah, river valleys, and acacia woodlands. Wildlife sightings may include lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, and a remarkable variety of birdlife.

The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making the park one of the best places in Tanzania to observe elephants up close

Enjoy another morning exploring Tarangire National Park with additional opportunities to observe wildlife and discover different areas of the park.

After lunch, continue toward the lush highlands of Karatu near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The scenery changes dramatically from dry savannah plains to rolling green hills, farms, and coffee plantations.

Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy time to relax while preparing for the next safari destination.

After breakfast, journey through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the legendary Serengeti National Park.

The drive offers spectacular scenery, Maasai villages, and possible wildlife sightings along the way. Upon entering Serengeti National Park, begin your first game drive across the endless plains that make this park world famous.

Wildlife sightings may include lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many other species that roam freely across this vast ecosystem.

Spend the entire day exploring the incredible Serengeti ecosystem with morning and afternoon game drives.

Your experienced safari guide will track wildlife movements while exploring different sections of the park in search of predators and large herbivore herds. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration or dramatic predator action on the plains.

The Serengeti offers one of the best safari experiences in Africa with exceptional wildlife viewing throughout the year.

After breakfast, depart Serengeti and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable safari inside this UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. The crater hosts a dense concentration of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and the rare black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending the crater rim in the afternoon.

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha and transfer to the airport for your scheduled domestic flight to Zanzibar Island.

Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to your beach hotel located along Zanzibar’s beautiful coastline. The remainder of the day is free to relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere, white sandy beaches, and turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.
