Today early in the morning your guide will pick you at your hotel. You will be picked up at in 07:00hrs and start your amazing journey to the Tarangire National Park. This park’s game viewing experience is magnificent, it is famous for its large collection of baobab trees, spectacular large mammal population and variety of bird species, not to mention one of the largest concentration of elephants in East Africa. You won’t find many better national parks in Africa than the Serengeti, which has few rivals when it comes to both the numbers and variety of animals. Track down the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra. After early breakfast we will drive heading to the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After arriving at the Ngorongoro gate, descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. After a wonderful breakfast, you will start driving for Lake Manyara; a highly scenic park, rimmed on one side by the tall cliffs of the Rift escarpment and ringed with a variety of habitats including the namesake for the park, Lake Manyara. The game we see in Manyara include hippos, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, impala, dwarf mongooses, hyraxes, hippos, wildebeest, zebra, and on rare occasions, tree-climbing lions and leopards.
